• Be enrolled as an undergraduate student at OU

• A title page with the project title, applicant name(s), affiliation (School, 大学, 部门, 或其他单位)和200字以内的项目摘要. 摘要必须不使用行话，用外行的术语写.

Mentor Reference Letter Instructions

Regulatory Compliance:

If the proposed project involves the use of human subjects, 动物, or hazardous/radioactive materials, approval from the Institutional Review Board (IRB), Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee (IACUC), Institutional Biosafety Committee (IBC), 和/或辐射安全委员会(RSC)的批准方可开始工作，否则申请人必须清楚说明不需要批准的原因. 学生和导师只有在收到项目获得资助的通知后才应提交合规申请.  在收到资金之前，需要确认合规性批准.  如需帮助，请联系研究办公室监管支持主任，电话:(248)370-2762.
