The Helpdesk team - 弗雷德·海顿, 黎明Gorris, and 马修·霍尔兹 - provides computer hardware, software and audio-visual support for OUWB medical students, faculty and staff members. The team is located in the Center for 医疗 Student Services at Suite 216 O’Dowd Hall. Helpdesk support requests are submitted via the medhelp ticket system. If there is an immediate support need, a phone call to the helpdesk can be made.
For audio visual support requests, a ticket should be submitted at least one week prior to the event to ensure coverage.

OUWB student printing is available in both the student lounge in O’Dowd Hall and in the 医疗 School 图书馆.

- Click the Wireless Icon on the Menu Bar
- 选择“Grizznet-Secure”
- Enter your email address (e.g. (电子邮件保护) )
- Enter your ADMNET password (might be the same as your NetID password)
- 点击加入
- At the “Verify Certificate” window, click Continue to accept the * 奥克兰.edu 证书
(Note: If a message appears stating “You are making changes to your Certificate Trust Settings”, enter your Mac login username and password.)
